The first bottling line, purchased by Giovanni "Junior", branded Seitz, was considered the "Ferrari" of the time, with a production capacity of 3.000 bottles per hour.

In recent years the old concrete barrels have been rediscovered. The barrels wanted by Giovanni "Junior" turned out to be precious for the aging of some wines since, with their thickness, they prevent the creation of what we call "micro-vortices" which could hinder the correct aging.
